We don't offer exchange/credit on swimwear, intimate wear and accessories for hygienic reasons
Returns must be accompanied by a return number - email ONLINE@LE-VAL.COM.AU with the reason for return in order to receive your return number.
Returns are posted at the buyers expense, and must have all tags and be unworn. For our overseas customers, please note that we are not liable to refund your VAT, and remember that all customs and duties taxes are also non-refundable.
RETURNS USING AFTERPAY & ZIPPAY
Returns remain subject to Le Val's returns policy.
(Any such fault that has been approved by Le Val as a genuine manufacturing fault), are eligible for a refund via Afterpay which will then cancel the payment plan.
Some sale items might have minor defects with them, this could be the reason why they are heavily discounted. If you want to know exactly what is wrong email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can provide photos and more details. Note this is not with all sale items only some.
