RETURNS – Le Val on Palmer


All items EXCLUDING heavily reduced items (40% or more off RRP) can be returned within 14 days of receiving for an Exchange or Store Credit.

We don't offer exchange/credit on heavily reduced items (40% or more off RRP)

We don't offer exchange/credit on swimwear, intimate wear and accessories for hygienic reasons  

We don't offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases.

Returns must be accompanied by a return number - email ONLINE@LE-VAL.COM.AU with the reason for return in order to receive your return number.

Returns are posted at the buyers expense, and must have all tags and be unworn. For our overseas customers, please note that we are not liable to refund your VAT, and remember that all customs and duties taxes are also non-refundable.



Returns remain subject to Le Val's returns policy. 

If you wish to return your item/s, send them back to us as you would for a normal order. When Le Val receives the item/s and accepts your return, we will issue a store credit as per our normal returns policy. 

(Any such fault that has been approved by Le Val as a genuine manufacturing fault), are eligible for a refund via Afterpay which will then cancel the payment plan. 



Some sale items might have minor defects with them, this could be the reason why they are heavily discounted. If you want to know exactly what is wrong email and we can provide photos and more details. Note this is not with all sale items only some.


We offer free return shipping for exchanged items (excluding international customers). You’ll just need to cover the postage to send it back to us. If you wish to exchange for a different size please email and state so when asking for your return number. We can't guarantee that your size will still be available, therefore a store credit will be given.

Store Credits 

Credits are given once the item has been returned and checked over by Le Val staff. Store credits are valid for a year and can be used in-store, online or via phone purchase.

Faulty Items:

Please note that items are only considered faulty if they have a manufacturing fault. (Any such fault that has been approved by Le Val as a genuine manufacturing fault), are eligible for a refund via method of payment at purchase
